Complete the required documentation and enrolment forms. Our team will guide you through every step including the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment and any pre-training review requirements.
Start your journey toward a nationally recognised qualification. Your trainer will provide a clear training plan so you know exactly what to expect — when, where and how training will be delivered.
General requirements across all our qualifications. Individual courses may have specific prerequisites.
Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) is preferred for trade qualifications. Higher-level qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma) may require a relevant trade background.
Minimum age 15 years. Participants aged 18+ are recommended for Certificate IV and Diploma programs. Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Our qualifications may require some physical activities such as working with children or clients in care settings. Reasonable adjustments are available — contact us to discuss your needs.
An LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) assessment is completed at enrolment. Support is available for students who need additional assistance.
For workplace-based pathways, you may need to be working in a relevant education or care setting. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.
Photo ID (driver's licence or passport) and USI (Unique Student Identifier) are required for enrolment. Don't have a USI? We'll help you create one.
